How to return an item ?

Our policy lasts 7 days from delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your exchange request, we will organize a Reverse Pickup. When the product is received and approved by our quality team, we will issue a refund equal to the amount of your purchase only. Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable. This process can take anything between 7 to 15 days.
In case, our courier partner does not provide Reverse Pickup from your location, you will need to ship it back to us. Kindly send the product back to us within 7 days of receiving it.

Refund Policy
For Credit Card/debit Card/net Banking Transactions, the Money will Be Refunded Back to the Payment Mode/account That Was Originally Used to Make the Transaction. However, Shipping Charges Would Not Be Refunded Except Where a Product Was Received in a Damaged Condition and Was Verified and Authorized by Vetali Export.
